My boyfriend made a comment yesterday about my Christmas post. I had written, "Because of this joyous holiday, there will be NO working out." He laughed at me and said something along the lines of, "well that's nothing new."
Let me correct: Just because I havn't been writing about it, doesn't mean it hasn't been happening.
Part of my Phase 2 (December) plan was to get in 3 workouts per week. So, other than the week Ryan was here, I have done a fabulous job with this.
I love having my new trainer because I can make a decision to workout, and 3 minutes later, I'll be doing it.
Plus, with 10 1/2 lbs down, I am currently in SECOND place for the Throughth3Wall Weight Loss Challenge. Go me!
So who wants to tell me that I'm slacking, NOW? Eh? EHHH?!
... That's right. Shut your mouths.
Phase 3 (January) is in the developmental process. It will be up and running by New Years day.

i am sooooooooo jealous!
so since you're a calorie queen, how to I count, say the two slices of eggnog bread? or the 20,000 chocolate chips (not cookies, just chips!) that i ate? i get stuck on crap like that. of course i shouldn't be eating crap like that to begin with, but whatever....
see? that's what i'm sayin'! how do you count something no one has ever heard of?? help.......
It's not slacking damnit! It's strategic resting. All part of the bigger plan, tell the nay-sayers that they need to look at the big picture! ;)
