3 Mile Soreness

I ran 3 miles yesterday without stopping. Yayy! I know it's not much compared to the 8, 10, 14 miles other people are running... but compared to my 1 mile run on Thursday, I'm thrilled.

I woke up today with really sore calves. That's what I get for not stretching.

Day off today. Long day ahead of training the new girl.

Nice job on the run. 14 is still a while away for me. I get bored at the 5 or 6 mile mark.

Hey three miles is more than most people ran this morning! If it's any comfort my 14 miles were crap this morning. I would have done better to stick to 3!

You gotta stretch girl! Way to go on the 3 miles though. Jeanne is right, that's 3 miles more than most of American ran. Keep up the good work!

3 miles is great!! That is the distance in a sprint tri, right? So, you're basically there!

It is not the three miles that count. It is the effort that you have made that count the most. Regardless of the number, the most important thing is that you got up and went. Not very many people are able to do what you have achieve. Nice job !!!

Getting up off the couch and doing 3 miles is great! You did more even just by doing a 1 miler than most people even think about doing! ;-)
